diarrhea help

im getting married in 2 days and ive got constant diarrhea since yesterday and it just wont stop, its going to ruin my big day ive tried tablets and nothings helping, any tips?

Brat diet!! Bananas, rice, applesauce and toast. Also, plain yogurt should help with its probiotics. Good luck tomorrow!!!!
