Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone else has had experience of this? I'm almost 5 months pp and still have a pronounced pregnancy belly. Ok, it's not massive but for me it is too much. Naively I thought this would have gone down by now but it hasn't. I went to a postnatal exercise class a number of weeks ago and was given exercises to do which I stupidly didn't do. I am now serious about getting rid of this tummy so have ordered a postnatal fittness DVD. Just wondering if anyone has done these exercises and noticed a real difference in how their belly protudes?
