So FOB texted me a couple of weeks ago.

He said sorry for not being in touch (for 5 months) as money i tight (preaching to the choir) and he wanted to see how Izzy is doing and wants to see her before christmas.


Told him i dont know who 'Izzy' is but Bella is good. but yes he can come and see when does he want etc

then we tried to sort out dates but told him i couldnt do the week as im working and will need to be in dec as very busy month this month which he said was fine but it might interfer with his weekend with Kiera (his other daughter who lives across the street from him) i told him he sees Kiera every other weekend and hasnt seen Bella in 5 months so think he will be able to cope with one weekend away from her. Grr.

Then he was trying to be all nice and flirty with me talking about old times and how i used to make words up and it's my fault he still says 'fucktard' so i just ignored that text. He said he'd let me know what weekend he would come up.

I'm still waiting to hear... and oh wait, look, it's your daughters birthday today. But have i got a card? No? Present? No. Even a text?? No. Of course not. He's completely forgotten and i just can't believe it. How can you forget something like this?!

I'm really hoping he has sent a card or something and it's just late in the post. For his sake it better be in the post, otherwise i'm going to text him saying don't bother coming up to see her, you'll only forget. Dick head.

Why does he call her Izzy??? Sounds like a complete douchebag. You poor thing. And 5 months...ugh. I haven't seen mine in 2, and I am still pregnant so there's not even a baby for him to see yet, and I still want to kick him in the shins.

And you're right Lou - Bella being as amazing as she is, is all down to me and nothing to do with him, and i take pride in that! He is a dick and i cant let him get to me. I really dont want to see him to be honest. Grrr.

I'm sorry to hear that he's not making more effort and can't believe he would forget his daughters birthday. I'm with lou in that my FOB doesn't know when LO was born - he doesn't even know I had a son.

Mine goes one better than this .... he completely ignores his own 3 children - not a birthday/xmas card or present in 15 years - but buys his step-children ponies, cars, laptops, ipods or whatever they want B*stard Man

Urgh what a pratt. FOB hasn't seen James in almost a year. All I got on his birthday was a FB message at 8.30pm asking me to wish 'our' son a happy birthday. Excuse me?! He's allll mine! And asleep you idiot!
