Did any of you have low BBTs and still conceive?

I posted here rather than first trimester because you all have made it past a big pregnancy milestone. My question is if any of you conceived with low BBT?
My post O temps the last three days have been 96.8-97. I had my thyroid checked last year and was fine. I am young and healthy with regular 28-35 day cycles. This is my first cycle TTC as well as my first cycle temping and I've become a worry wart! Just need some reassurance :)

It doesn't matter that much what your post-O temps are as long as they're significantly higher than your pre-O temps. Where those fairly low as well? As long as you get a noticeable jump at ovulation and it mostly stays up at that level throughout the luteal phase, you should be fine. It could just be you have lower temps or are colder in the mornings. But really, I'd give it this month to see what happens. It's so hard to interpret BBT charts unless you've done it for at least a month or maybe several months to really get an idea of what's normal for you. Wait til the end of this cycle and then have a good look back to see what the overall pattern is like. Good luck!

It depends what your pre ovulation temps were. Mine were high 97 and low 98. When I became pregnant they were mid to high 98s and occasionally low 99.

My BBT was always on the low side, 96ish before O and then 97-8 after. I don't know if it contributed to our fertility struggles, but I did eventually fall pregnant thanks to IUI

Yep, I did! Pre-O was in the 96's, and post-O was low 97's. I KNEW I was pregnant when my temp jumped up to 98 one morning. That was NOT like me. It has stayed in the 98s since my BFP.

This makes me feel much better. I had originally planned to chart mid cycle just to get in the habit for next cycle but now I just find myself stressing over every temp!

I gave up on BBT after about three cycles. I just didn't sleep soundly enough to get any sort of accurate reading. I switched to OPKs instead...and I never, ever got a positive test!

My pre O temp was 96.1 so there was a good size jump.

In that case, then those temps sound great. The absolute number really doesn't matter, as long as there is a shift. Good luck! And don't let the temping stress you out. It's just a tool and it doesn't have to be perfect, just BD lots and don't worry about the number itself from day to day, focus more on the overall pattern and how your body feels throughout your cycle.
