Hi there, I'm new here, but came off the pill in March having been on it for around 14 years (with a couple of short breaks)
I was just wondering if anyone is in a similar situation & how you're going with getting your cycle back to "normal"?
Are you just waiting for it to regulate naturally, or are you helping it along?
My first cycle was 51 days, followed by 45 days, followed by 33 days. It's now CD29 so my next one will be along any day now.
I'm taking Agnus Castus & have also had two Reflexology sessions. I don't know if these have helped, or if it would have regulated itself anyway.
