So, this is our second month ttc & I have been diagnosed w/ PCOS about 4-5 yrs ago only signs/symptoms I have is the classic many little cysts on my ovaries and about 15-20 pounds over weight. I called a local fertility specialist in regards to when I should seek an appointment with the dr due to my PCOS and ttc she said we can see you next week, I was kinda thrown Off I was thinking I wouldn't be able to see a specialist until I have been ttc for several months, I have had the whole work up by my regular ob/gyn all my bloodwork is normal ( thyroid, cholesterol,CBC,hormones seem to be at regular levels, glucose tolerance normal) so basically unexplained. Biggest question now is do I ovulate ??? Well I turned down the appointment and said I'm going to give it a few months more of ttc and doing opk and temping think that's a good thing? Or should I take the appointment and seek medical management right away?
