Did I do too much?

I'm 11 days pp and this morning I had to vacuum, we had a lot of flys get in the house and had to get them off the floor before my dd got to them. My hubby wasn't home so I decided I would do it. I stopped bleeding 4 days ago and right after I got done I went to the bathroom and had quite a bit of bright red blood and now I'm a little crampy. Did I over do it with just vacuuming for 5 minutes?

Vacuuming is more stressful on your body than you realize! You probably have done a bit too much- take it easy for a day or two, and hold off on vacuuming for at least a couple more weeks

I actually went to the er tonight and turns out I do have a uterine infection, luckily its the early stage so am being treated.
