For the past 3 months, I have ovulated on day 17-18 with a 9-10 day LP... This cycle I started taking B50 Complex on cycle day 6 to hopefully lengthen LP.. I got a positive OPK on CD12 at 7am. I couldn't believe it.

I was so happy, we BD that night and just to check again I took another OPK at 8pm and it was negative. I then too another OPK this morning (CD13) and negative again.

I have some eggwhite CM but not as much as I normally do. The worst part is I normally have bad O pains 1 day before O and O day. But today there is NOTHING :nope:

Temp was 96.81 yesterday and 97.31 today.

I am so sad and am hoping I didn't really screw up my cycles, which other then a short LP, have always been pretty normal. Any advice or similar stories??? Do you think I still could ovulate this cycle?

Because you got a positive opk I don't think you will ovolution again this cycle. I don't think you have messed up the cycle if you bd before your positive opk you have a good chance :) it will happen when you least expect it, good luck xx

Also to add some people have a short lh surge so I would say you have a good chance :) x

I don't see how you've messed anything up?

Ovulating earlier is not a big deal. If you confirmed ovulation with temps over the next few days I would say there is nothing to worry about. If you're not sur ether you ovulated, I would keep doing the OPKs as sometimes you can get a positive opk and not actually ovulate.

B complex delayed my ovulation, so you're lucky it brought yours forward.

All the best x

You got a positive OPK, your temp is rising, and you had EWCM. I'd say you ovulated early and shouldn't be worried! I don't always have the same amount of EWCM every month. Sometimes it's nonstop for days, and other times it's pretty sparse (but still obviously there).

I'm not a doctor so take it with a grain of salt, but vitamin supplements typically need to be taken every day for an extended period of time before they really have a significant effect on your body. If you've only been taking the B complex for less than two weeks, I'm guessing it wouldn't have had this noticeable of an effect on your cycle.
