Hi ladies.
I am currently TTC #2! Ordered a bbt thermometer and it came half way through my cycle. So I started to chart. I am having trouble reading it and wondering if Iv ovulated? I got a positive OPK on Sunday. What do you think? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thankyou, love Rachel xx

yes u did ur 2dpo :) good luck
Thankyou so much for your reply! How do you know?! I’m so rubbish at figuring out this charting! I took out my copper coil in February and my cycles vary from 30-35 days. I thought I was having anovulatory cycles and so started 2 months ago on pregnancies conception and they’ve been 30 days for both months now. Xx

Yep u definitely did sweety. I used FF as well and after u have O u have a temp rise to show u have O and ures has risen perfectly. If u get a second temp rise then that's a sign of pregnancy good luck hon

What do you mean by a second temp rise? Thankyou for your help ❤️ When would this second temp rise occur? Xx

After you ovulate your progesterone levels rise so you get the first temperature shift. It means you ovlated.

Usually around 10 dpo your temperatures should drop.

It happens because if there's no pregnancy, the progesterone levels start to drop, and progesterone is responsible for the higher temperatures.

BUT if you're pregnant, then progesterone levels stay high and your temperature stays high or might even rise for a second time.

They call that triphasic since it has 3 levels. Like this:

Yes, isn't it interesting?

One feature in Fertility Friend is that you can search their chart library.

Like, if someone BD 0, 0-1, 0-2, 0-3 and their temp jumped that much what were the chances? Hahaha!

I'm finally on 2 DPO! Big temp spike.

Ooooh! Did you get plenty BD in?! what do you mean about the BD and the temp jumping? Sorry I’m such a novice! Xx

Thank you @KeepTryinLuv u explained that alot better than what I cud of done.

Thinking of you @Rachellou ure chart is looking great.
Also if u notice a bit of a dip around 8 or 9DPO and then it rises again that can be a sign of implantation.
Hope that helps.
Are u having any symptoms? Really got it crossed for all you gals and ladies TTC:dust:
