Diet & fitness plan in place.

Hello ladies :flower:

I've got under 5 weeks until my 2nd baby is due, I've already got a diet & fitness plan in place, obviously I won't be doing the fitness plan straight away obviously but me and my best friend who are due around the same time have a personal training friend who has set up core areas for us to do at home and if we can get to gym once a week. Any of you lot set up a fitness plan after your baby was born? Not looking to get stick thin just tone myself up.

Also I will be going to slimming world as I've done well on it before, i'll be going to slimming world once he is born as it is healthy eating so won't do any damage. Any other mummies going to do slimming world once their little one is here? If so want to be weight loss buddies :flower:
