Diet & meal ideas

Hey there! I'm just now 4 weeks, but I'm already starting to get the bloat and feel heavier which has me thinking about my diet. With my first born, I went from 127 lbs to 174 and I don't want to gain that much this time. I'm also 11 years older and my metabolism isn't what it used to be. I used to take an apple and tuna for lunch every day, but since I can't have tuna I'm trying to think of alternative, easy, nutritional, low calorie lunches.

Has anyone started a new diet or eating lifestyle?
 
Hello, good question.
I am larger than I would like to be after my last baby, so I intend to lose some of the fat in a healthy way. i don’t have any meal ideas as such, but happy to support and go through it with you!
I go to a baby gym class twice a week, so plan to keep this up with some home light work outs.

Then trying to be as healthy as possible as I love sweet things!
