Good luck! Starting is always the hardest part for me (stopping is much easier, lol) -- it gets easier after even the first day or week, I think. You can do it!!!

good luck hun. start it off tomorrow and have a wee treat today

i weighed a whopping 15 stone just before i went into labour and i am only 5ft 2in!!! I am now slowly losing it....i now weigh 11stone 8.5ibs - does come off but seems to be taking forever!!! my target is a nice slim 9stone which i hope to be by Ali's first birth

cheers girls. today went a lot better. I am starving and suffering headaches from the lack of bread (bread addict me ) but i feel better for it, kind of feel slimmer already and thats just for not stuffing myself silly, it will get easier.
I cant afford a new wardrobe so it has to, plus my uniform doesnt fit.
just have to wait for my stomach to shrink a bit so i feel more comfy with eating less
