Ok So I dont really know how to do an online journal thing so correct me id i make a mistake.
So I am starting Today July 2, 2011, I am going to try to eat WAY healthier, I am still pregnant so DO NOT think that I will do anything harmful.
I decided to post this after reading some other posts, I think it will help me stay motivated.
So heres my weight stats
Pre-pregnancy 170lbs
Current 244
Goal 160
Height 5'6
I plan to weigh myself once a week and see what happens, I dont expect a decline until LO is born so right now it is about maintaining.
Wish me luck, please help me stay motivated, I will update when needed
