We've actually been NTNP for the past two cycles. I had so many symptoms under the sun that I could've sworn I was pregnant! I had pinching pains in my ovary area, cramping and sore (.)(.) but ended up getting BFNs. This time I have absolutely no symptoms aside from being more tired than usual so I'm hopeful this will be our month. When I think back to my previous pregnancies, I'm pretty sure that the cycles I became pregnant I had no signs either during the TWW. I didn't start actually "feeling" pregnant until I was around 6-7 weeks. Good luck!
