Has anyone else noticed that their baby's ears r different shape/size?i have noticed this with my 12 week old boy
You might want to research Microtia if you're really curious. My daughter has type 3 for her right ear unfortunately!
The tip of my son's ear on one side didn't develop properly so he had to have it folded and pinned at 15 weeks. His ears stick out too far too so he had them pinned back for 3 months. He wears glasses and they've pushed his ears back out![]()

Ears sticking out too far...did you get them pinned for cosmetic reasons? My Thomas has ears that stick out massively, I'm worried he's headed for a lifetime of bullying. What does the pinning involve?
My middle son has type 1 microtia on his 1 ear - it is smaller than his other ear and has a nobble on it. The consultant said he couldn't fix it but would pin the 'good' ear back so it wasn't so noticeable. He wouldn't do it until he was old enough to ask for it himself (basically if he was bullied because of it or was self conscious) - he's 7 now and he is not bothered about it and nobody notices until you point it out (which we don't!)You might want to research Microtia if you're really curious.
