different symptoms every couple of days?

Hi everyone I am six weeks 5 days pregnant had a scan last week and saw the heart beat but was just wondering if anyone else experiences tis! I seem to have different symptoms every couple of days last week I started feeling really sick and thought uh oh here we go that was around wed thurs time it seems to have subsided a bit and yesterday i was exhausted beyond beleif rather then sick then today my breats are sore and look massive and thats it not particulary sleepy or sick! My back is aching a little although i went to a concert on saturday and was stood up for a long period of time so think thats why!
Does anyone else have different symptoms every few days!!

Yes. For my first few weeks I was fine. Then around week six I started a few weeks of feeling sick and nauseous every day and really really unwell. For the last few weeks I seem to have fallen into a three to four day pattern. I have a couple of days of feeling OK, then I have a vomiting day.

Every time it happens I hope that it is the end of my morning sickness but no luck so far!

So yes mine do come and go.
