Just wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.
I have placed an order on diapers.com for a 5 pack of newborn onesies (1 pack of 5 onesies) and the Imaginext Lion's Den Castle. All of this weighs max 8 lbs. I dven called diapers.com to check the weight of the products.
Upon receiving the tracking info UPS states 28 lbs.
I have purchased other items from diapers.com before that have had similar product weights, and their boxes are by no means made from steel. They're actually quite flimsy unlike the ones from i.e. Amazon prime and even so 20 extra lbs is wow.
They cannot explain to me why on UPS it states 28 lbs, which is 20 lbs added and insane. My dilemma is I use a forwarding freight company so I get charged by lbs.
I was thinking that maybe since it was black friday someone made an error?
