Discharge after M/C

Hi everyone,

I just had a naturall miscarriage on December 27th, and today I have had some very thin yellow discharge after wiping (sorry if TMI). Very much like CM, but yellow.

Is this normal? I called my dr. and she said I might have a yeast infection and to go get some monostat. That doesn't sound very reasurring to me.

Any help would be appreciated.
