Discomfort after checking CM

Hey Ladies,

I am new to checking my CM...and I've noticed a couple of times that after I have, it's irritated my uterus...I am not rough by ANY means but it some times is uncomfortable afterwards. That normal?

Yesterday I checked it to see what my CM would look like on the day before my O...I tested positive yesterday. And since then, my uterus has been sore. We BD'd last night & I had some moments of sharp pains on one side of my uterus...then I wondered if this had ANYTHING to do with Ovulating.

Thoughts?

I've had discomfort after checking cm too but not my uterus, my cervix. Weird b/c sex must be rougher than just checking cm. Not sure why though.... I just stopped checking for now. Your pain may be from ovulation. Good luck.

I've had my cervix irritated but my uterus felt a bit crampy or some thing like that all day yesterday! I wouldn't have a clue in the world what it would be like to 'feel' ovulation. But now that I've started tracking for real, I'm going to keep an eye out on these things.
