Discouraged

Theres a natural supplement I took to help regulate my hormones called FertilAid for women! Its sold by Fairhaven Health, is super great! They also sell other things to aid in fertility support. A lot of women with PCOS have used it and had successful pregnancies! They also offer supplements for men too.

That's not the first time that's been suggested to me, so I'll definitely give that a shot. Thank you.

So I posted my journey on here a few days ago and today I got a bfp. Please keep hope in your heart and hope my story encourages all you ladies with long irregular cycles. Good luck and fx for you lovely mums to be x

Thank you and congrats on your little miracle! I'm trying to stay positive. Has your cycle always been irregular? Mine was always perfect until ttc. Aside from not stressing about it was there anything else you did different this time?

my cycles were always 31--35 days. Quite irregular.. Once a year I would get a 50 day cycle. I could always tell I ovulated because my bbs would hurt straight after. I had no bb pain from jan to march and thats when I gave in.

Honestly I just stopped letting tracking get to me as I had no clue where I was with my cycle. You will get your positive. We bd every other day and if it got too tiring we injected using the pre seed syringe. We thought no harm in trying and to be honest when we did that all of the sperm stayed up. Normally it used to come out of me in seconds. Don't be scared to dive into the unknown and try new things and ask your dr to scan your ovaries just for peace of mind. If you ladies don't mind can I stick around? Your journey is quite similar to my one and I would love to know your outcomes x

Baby law- I totally understand the pressure you start feeling from family about babies...my DH are hearing about it all the time,
We have only activity been trying for 2 cycles, but it feels like more. Wishing you the best and hope that witch shows her face soon!!!
Also, I want to Recommend pregnatude. I started taking it a few months ago my cycles went from 50 days to 35 (which was my last one) I ovulated on day 21 this cycle which was also earlier than I had before!
Peanut, I was wondering about using the syringe to inject sperm. Did your DH just ejaculate into something and then you injected it? I did not realize that they would survive doing that?! Very interesting!

is pregnatude something otc or do i need a prescription for it? what exactly does it do? is it just meant to regulate?

It is OTC, but I have not found it at any pharmacy, I ordered it on Amazon, along with a ton of cheap opks, they have really helped me track my cycles!
The pregnitude is a reproductive support dietary supplement for women that helps support ovulatory function, menstrual cyclicity and quality of eggs. My dr. Said it is used for PCOS patients but also for women that have irregular or long cycles. I do not have PCOS, but have always had irregular
Cycles. It only has 2 supplements in it folic acid and myo inositol. It has definitely helped me!

Also, I started my period literally 3 days after I started the pregnitude and it had been 50+ days!!

Now one thing I'm wondering about these supplements, Fertilaid, pregnitude...... I've been taking prenatal vitamins shortly after starting ttc, i see that the supplements provide folic aid, can i still take the prenatals along with these other supplements?

Hey yeah sprem lives for a while it dies quicker inside of the vjayjay because of the chemical that fight bacteria and infection. You have a very small window from ejaculation to insemination. It was such a risk as he had low sperm as well but we just thought what he hell! He used to ejaculate in a cup then transfer it into the pre seed syringe. I was prepped up in bed with bum up. Insert the goodies and keep my lady bits tightly shut. I can't tell if it was that that made us pregnant but it was the only different thing we tried.

I stopped taking my Prenatal while taking FertilAid because it had all the same as the prenatal I was taking plus some other stuff. Sometimes too much of certain things is a bad thing. Do some deep research on EVERYTHING in the supplement you buy.

My dr. Told me to continue the prenatal with pregnitude, bc
It only has the two supplements.
