Disney order personalisation! CR*P

Well ordered 2 sacks last year and had them personalised and the stitch was big and nice with names on. And this year ordered OH one and the stitch is tiny! Like less than half the size of the ones ordered last year. Now I shouldn't be that bothered but for the sack personalisation and delivery it cost me £28 so I've emailed them for a refund. How likely are they to refuns me? Ill add pics later it's a joke! Lol

I see a difference and it would have irked me but not enough to complain but what a fab result you got lol!!! Well done

If it wasn't for the velvet bumping up the price, I'd pay no more than £15 for that. Looks much like any standard personalisation from a catalogue where not much thought has been put into it.

You did right to complain considering there is a HUGE difference.

To be honest Im happy with the sack. If I would of paid a tenner I wouldn't of complained lol! But hey ho I never complain and it Got me a refund and I get to 'dispose of the sack' lol! Xx

If it had of been cheaper or from a random high street shop then I wouldn't have complained. But because of the price and the fact it's from the Disney Store I would have gone mad! Great result for you though!
