Disorganised Endometrium

Has anyone ever heard of this? I've been looking at possible causes for red spotting with bm and I came across a woman who was diagnosed with this... Just wondering if anyone has come across this condition and how common it is...

When looking at the cells of uterine lining, they should all present at same stage of your cycle. ie:if you are on the 10th day of your cycle, the cells should look about 10 days old. My cells were 'disorganized' with some at 5 days, some at 15, some at 21 etc
