This is my second month of charting and on both charts you can clearly see when i've had a drink the night before my temp goes up, so every sat/sun result seems to be high. Would you disregard the w'end temps if i've had a drink the night before? i'm really trying to take them at the same time on a w'end so the dots are filled in and not open circles like last month but the alcohol is still affecting the temp even if its only a couple of glasses of wine.

Yes, disreguard the temps, alcohol has an effect on your BBT, as you have seen it raises your morning temp!

do you think that'll give me a more accurate picture?

I've no idea hun just wanted to say good luck its sounds very confusing

I would definitely disreguard the temps as they will throw you out and make drawing coverline etc...more difficult.

thats what i thought esp when looking at last months cycle, i'm sure i didn't ov that late but temps were out with w'ends and having a cold

I might disregard them just you know that drinking can affect the temp readings...but I just started temping so don't listen to me much :haha:

i weren't sure what to do but i know they definately affect. Might disregard if have a drink next w'end as i think i ovulate around cd16/17 but not sure
