dizziness

I know that it's quite common to have the odd dizzy spell when you're pregnant and i get them when i stand up too quickly. But lately I've been feeling extremely lightheaded when I'm in the shower. I've started to crouch down when washing and standing up briefly to rinse and I make sure that I've eaten beforehand. Has anyone else had this problem or isit just me??

its most probably the hot water, i sometimes get it too, i ask dh to come in when im getting out so that he can just watch me

Have you had your bloods checked recently? You could be low in something. Hope it gets better for you soon x

I think it's quite normal. I get it quite often too. Sometimes I walk around feeling like I'm going to faint for ages.

If eating doesn't help it then it's most likey low blood pressure or you're lacking in iron. Ask a doctor or midwife next time you see one.

Try not to worry but know your limits and sit or lay down when you need to. Better than falling down!

I've had the odd dizzy spell, but it usually happens when I'm tired. I would double check with the doctor.

yh ive had exactly the same feelings!! went docs n theu said that its just one of thoese things that come with bein preggers!! hh

i get it when i stand up midwife just told me to go slowly and carefully xxx
