Dizzy in any position!!

Hi ladies

Since Friday i have been feeling quite unwell. I am pretty much constantly dizzy/lightheaded and extremely hot/cold and sick feeling standing sitting anything really...i cant get much done its driving me mad i feel like i am walking on one of those wobbly bridge things. Its mostly ok when im lying down except from when i move my head then the whole room spins for about 15secs. Is this normal (it doesnt seem normal lol) should i go to the docs...can they do anythign about it?

I hope someone knows something lol

have you tried eating something high in suger,, it could be that you are a bit low in sugar, i have had it and just ate something or drank soda,,
call your doc if that does not work ,

Possibly an ear infection? I know that can affect your balance

thanks girls...ihave tried sugary things and just eating and drinking in general but it doesnt seem to work and if it does its only for about 30 mins then it comes back again...i think i will take a trip to the docs just incase never though of an ear infection thanks xx
