Dizzy Spells At 28 Weeks

Is it normal? :s x i woke this morning and have felt dizzy constantly even sitting down.... iv never had this before so should i be worried ?

They are common in pregnancy but i would give MW a ring just in case. Ive had dizzy spells throughout my pregnancy because of blood pressure so im used to them.

If you really dont feel right though, i would definitely let your MW know
