DLA Mobility age 5

Does anyone have any experience of claiming this? I was sent a claim form a couple of months ago as dd turns 5 in July (she currently receives HRC as she has severe Autism). I returned it 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing since. Has anyone been through the process?

Not yet sorry but good luck! My son turns 3 this year and we will be applying for mobility then.
