And not buy any formula to have in the house today? We're still using 1 bottle a day usually the early hours when I can't keep my eyes open but ideally I would really like to cut it out, would it be wise to just not buy any formula and hope for the best? Will I have enough milk for that extra feed? She usually takes about 7oz out of Tommee Tippee bottle or 5oz out of Breastflow.

When I wanted to ditch the top ups I just went cold turkey and be my supply was sorted in 48hrs.

If you're asking me I'd say go for it!! You'll be fine!!

Be strong and feed, feed, feed to up your supply. If you're tired try feeding lay down or at least semi lay down with pillows to get you both in the right position

I bottled it (excuse the pun!) Although I'm not feeling too good tonight and there is no way on earth I am getting out of bed to make a bottle tonight so little madam will have to have boobie lol! Last night I could've easily fed her at 4.10am when she woke, I was wide awake but I had a carton next to me and I took the lazy option, was so mad with myself when we got up later! So tonight is the night, pure mummy milk and nothing else. Thanks for asking hun!
