do I have a cyst?? anyone with experience?

My period is now 5 days late (CD41) and I've had a few pregnancy symptoms. Sore breasts and slight nausea. My abdomen feels slightly tender. Also tender when BDing. I've had a few twinging pains from the left side also.

Here's the thing though...

I had a MC at the end of Sept and they did an ultrasound to see if they could find anything. They found nothing which was heartbreaking. But if I have a cyst, shouldn't they have found something then?? There was nothing

am also in the same boat.. i am now 12 days late. i dont know if i also have cysts or not? will be also following to know. i am not in any pain though. scheduled for doctors appointment this thursday so will see what happens

I have an appointment tomorrow to see what's going on. I don't have any spotting so I don't think it would be an ectopic pregnancy

Now the tenderness seems to be on the right instead of the left! Anyone have an idea what's going on?
