hiya girls..
i dont know much about PND and i just read the sticky thread by wobbles and am a bit confused,
sophie is 4months old now and i just feel like im struggling.
i have spent the last 2days in tears and feel like everythin is crashing down around me?
i have a lot going on and a friend suggested it could be anxiety cause i nearly had a panic attack in tesco car park earlier and i think i'll go to the doctor on monday but can anyone help?
what would i say to the doctor?
what can they do to help?
could this ever effect my ex's case against me looking after sophie?
please help...

a starting point may be too google Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Score Calculator and take that hun x

hiya, i think it would be a good idea to see your doctor and explain what you have just wrote there, and he will advise you best! also i dont think it will affect your exes case with your daughter, because you are going to get help from your doctor, dont worry! panic attacks are not nice i had my first one a few months ago, such a horrible experience!

I am sure things will work out for you! it did for me when i had my oldest! if you wana chat feel free to message me :)
