...to stop FOB coming in my house?
...to not answer his calls?
...to refuse to do favours for him?

he makes me feel like i have no right to do any of these things but i dont want to talk to him, i dont want him in my house and i definitely do not want to be running around doing his errands!!

Just because you have a child with this man doesn't mean he has a hold over you anymore.

Change your number, change your address if you want!.. all he needs is contact with LO which can be organised in a neutral meeting or pick up/drop off point.
