And then bump to remind other ladies.

If you're anything like me, you keep forgetting. So come on, while you're sat browsing the forums, get squeezing.:haha:
:happydance:Tight pelvic floor muscles for everyone!:happydance:

Just did for 5 seconds lol! I am now feeling uncomfortable, did is matter if I am having a csection?

You should do them even if you are having a planned section, because they'll help prevent pee leaking out late in pregnancy!

thanks for the reminder! so tired of peeing when i sneeze!

haha totally did when I saw the title!

Also, does anyone else get BH after doing kegels or is it just me?

I did at first Eris...I think I was flexing my abdomen more at first as well as the pelvic floor and now am flexing just the pelvic floor muscles. It's king of hard to only flex them...like rubbing your belly and patting your head lol.

doing them always makes me need to pee lol

however after having my son I have come to realise I didn't do enough last pregnancy (and the results are not good!) so good to have the reminder!

Does anybody else find it really hard doing them? I hate doing them have to really force myself!

It is! But I did find that I don't always get the BH, more when I need to drink more water. Also, how I am sitting also plays a role in this. Odd!

This thread is awesome haha I've done Kegels so many times every time I see this reminder :) Thanks!!

Bump! Not pregnant yet, but it's never too soon to start, right? ;)
