Do the tww start once u ovulate or when af due

What if u ovulate later and didn't know? Af due the 8th so do I count from there my tww

TWW is ovulation to expected AF: your luteal phase. The average length for LP is 14 days, hense TWW.

If you're tracking any fertility signs (BBT, opks, CM, CP) then you are looking for ovulation, and you start your TWW when ovulation occurs. You also adjust your prediction of wgen AF is due if need be. If you're not tracking anything, then you'd count back 14 days from when AF is due and assume that's ovulation, and start the TWW then.
