i have no budget really but spent 100 on harry already and his bday is on the 11th jan so is my ohs lol, but prob 50 each on me n oh and 10 per person in familly as my oh has 20 people to buy for and i have 6 lol but we have one account so share money its gonna be so hard to get the money together as we have struggled this year as something always seems to come up :( that costs money. x

I'm cutting down a ton from last year. Instead of buying for all my neices and nephews (a total of: 13), Im just buying for three of them. I drew names with my brothers, and then my OH' only has one neice and nephew. I'm also not buying for any of my Sister in laws, or brothers this year. Just buying for OH, and our parents, Jaxon and the three neices and nephews.

I figure $50 on my one nephew I drew name of, $50 on oh, $50 on the parents, and about $75 on Jaxon. Maybe more. I will however be doing baked goods for all the kids in the family, but thats just b/c I enjoy baking during the holidays!

I would say 250-300 each on my 2 children.

Not sure about everyone else yet. I am making hampers x

No. I hate thinking about how much christmas actually costs. I just write a list, try to be even with both the kids and get what I can.

nope I don't set a budget, OH does but I never stick to it lol xx

No point for me to as I'd just go over lol :dohh:
x

£20 each for brother and GF
£30 each for dad and his GF
£10 each for 1 nephew and niece plus a star to name bear each.
£30 max on OH

With the kids i will buy until i think i have enough, will be no more then £150 each, i get alot of there stuff on offer or in sale's, for instance the main present are scooter each and they are half price at £15:)

I don't go overboard :)

we went way over board on LOs first christmas and birthday so we now have said around £100 for birthdays and £200 on christmas, he has enough toys though and will get another mountain from family and friends so he isnt really getting toys off us, a toddler bed, smart trike and clothes mainly,

we have 23 family and friends to buy for too so id say around £300 on them

and about £100 - £150 on OH :)

£60 for Ellie this year as she's so young. £200 for families altogether and £200 on my DH. Ellie's will increase each year I expect!

ive spent alot on Lilly this yearn shes ad over £1000 already. still got about £300 of bits on my list for her and then her clothes for christmas day & boxing day will be around £300 but that will be including a coat too which will do her as her winter coat for the year.

family & OH comes to around £400, we only buy for my family as we dont speak to his.

I havent really got a budget, i just make lists and try and stick to them. x

I have £450 but thats for people without OH...oh and I have already spent about £60 so I would say my budget this year is £710.

Wow...dont know where I will be plucking that from!

x

Hallie will be getting about £250 spent on her as I want to make sure I have enough present idea's for her birthday in the spring. Her christmas & boxing day clothes are about £350 though but thats her coat and boots for the year too.

£20 each on nan/grandad/stepdad.
Hamper for our Mums. £60 for his & about £100 for my mum.
£100 on his sister between her birthday and christmas as her bday is 5 days before!
Then he sortes his nan & aunties out with whatever his sister tells him too.

Darren's birthday & Christmas (xmas eve birthday:dohh: ) is around £300!

we have been saving up with those love to shop vouchers all year and have got £675 so far, but have already spent about £40 just picking up bits and bobs, but we also have 5 more birthdays before christmas and 4 just after christmas so i would say about £800

I think this year we are doing $400 for each child and then about $150 for my parents & my husbands mom, and then my grandfather and my brother his wife and son so not much I have been looking at the ideas on this thread about making stuff so that way I might come out a little cheaper...

yes- i always have a budget- i try to write out all the people i need to buy for and then a price limit next to them- siblings get more expensive gifts than their gf's and nieces get more than their parents! opps.... most years i spend 500-600 depending on everything I plan on getting- never more than 100-150 for dd, and this year my lo will be so tiny she wont need much more than some little toys... (DH gets his own budget and its normally only $200-300 for both my and dd)

I don't have a budget... I'm just going to buy the cheapest nice things possible.

have you heard of ABC Distributing they have some nice things for low prices
