Do you ovulate on the same day every month?

I've asked Dr. Google and I've received mixed results. Does your follicular schedule typically change? I realize it can be affected by stress, other external factors, etc...

I've OPK'd and charted the past 3 months... each month I've ovulated on CD 12. Have I ovulated on that day for most of my life and should I expect to ovulate on the same day always!? Or, is it fluke that for the past 3 months I've ovulated on the same day?

What about you guys? Do you typically ovulate on the same day? Around the same day?

My body pretty much works like clock-work. I always know within a 24 hour window when I will get a + OPK test result and then ovulation pains usually follow within another 24 hours. I almost always ovulate on day 12 it seems. Sometimes it'll be late on day 11 but it's all within a very specific time frame for me.

That said, I was also 'like clock work' before I had my daughter and it changed after I had her. My cycles got about three days shorter and I started actually FEELING ovulation for the first time in my life. So who knows what'll happen after the next kiddo ! Ha

I think it is pretty safe to assume that if you are getting af on say day 30 for 3 months you are ovulating on the same day and your lp is staying the same. I would say it is more likely that if your ovulating day is changing so will your af.

I doubt it is a fluke- i'd say you are in good health : )

In the last 6 cycles I have ovulated on cd 11 for 4 of them cd 12 for 2.

I typically ovulate between CD11 and CD13, with the exception of this month...
My LP is also consistent of 17 or 18 days, and my cycles are an average of 30-32 days long, give or take.

I am confused as to why this cycle is different, and I don't think I ovulated until CD20 or so, if that is even possible...So I guess AF would be expected a week later??
