Do you worry about low papp a?

Hi in my last pregnancy I had low papp a bloods but scan was all OK my little girl did grow wings at 23 weeks due to a condition but I'm so worried this time around it will happen again I have my 12 weeks scan at 12 weeks but so scared on the phone call to say I'm high sick again I'm 28 and had 4 other children with no problems at all.... anyone else had this then all OK next pregnancy xx
