Do your nipples hurt during or after Ovulation?

I havnt been TTC for years, but i do recall that whenever i would Ovulate i would get sore nipples that lasted a few days to a week. Only thing is i cant remember if they started to hurt BEFORE, during or AFTER..
I am trying to work out what day i ovulated, all i know is that i had thick CM on the 10th/11th and nipples hurt from the 12th onwards

I dont get sore boobs during ovulation but have noticed that I get sore boobs when pregnant or on day of AF

Yeah iv ovulated this weekend and my boobs are in agony I don't usually get it this bad to be honest just a little bit but there extra sensitive at the moment xx

Its quite common to get sore BB's and nipples after O and the follow up, usually dying down just before AF starts.
