I have another check up today after lunch...I'm looking very forward to hearing bubba again! Sure hope I didn't gain too much weight this month..I indulged in a few too many desserts in the last month.Lol.

Everything went great...no problems at all..I must have burned off my desserts faster than I thought..I only gained 2 pounds this month!!

Glad everything went well. Do you have any tips for burning off desserts? I'm about to eat chocolate cake and pecan tart thing....
