Doctor not saying much

I went to the doctors last week because i'd randomly started bleeding heavy with pains after being on the Mirena coil for 7 months, which had stopped my periods like it was intended and I was told to go in with any abnormal bleeding.

Anyway, she gave me painkillers n told me she'd check me over in a week. So i went today and im still bleeding but she asked if she could check anyway, so I let her and coils in place so she took a swab, then asked for a urine sample to check for chlamydia and something else (can't make it out on the sheet!) But she basically refused to tell me what the swab would be checking for?! She took it without asking as well, which im pretty sure isn't right..?

I just want to know!
