    Hi girls,
I was just wandering if anyone drives an older car??? OH has taken my sensible car (with pram in the boot :dohh:) to work leaving me and Billy with a 35 year old bright green beetle!! We dont have anything specific to do but are getting cabin fever!!
There is no snow or ice round here and so i am debating pootling down to the village shops. but have never driven lo in the beetle and am a little nervous!!

oh just read u dont have ice and snow! lol!

just be careful when changing gear, cos old cars have the "gates" and u actually have to put it in gear rather then it just going in like modern cars! if you get what i mean!! lol

    Just spotted this thread...

...we have a 1971 Beetle and a 1972 VW Campervan...

...unfortunately neither currently has heating which works, however this last Sunday, when the sun finally shone, Ollie got to have his first ride in 'Vera' the van!!
