Hi ladies, was just wondering if anybody could help me with this niggling question i have. Last year i started bleeding after sex so i went to the doctors, they referred me to the hospital where i got a colposcopy examination. My results showed that i had abnormal cells. I have too go back in July to check that they have returned to normal, if not i will need treatment. I havent had any more bleeding since the colposcopy so im thinking everything should be okay. My question is though do you think it safe to try for a baby with abnormal cells? I know your supposed to be absolutely healthy before trying but i just want to know in case. Thanks x

Im no expert at all- but i'd personally wait until i knew what was going on with my body and knew i was healthy before planning a pregnancy.
Im a little pregnancy paranoid though as i was perfectly fine last time- and yet lyssa has a congenital heart condition- my health and her condition arent linked in any way shape or form- but i still blamed myself.
Someone else may have a diff answer but hth x

I think it's safe, but probably will make things easier and less stressful if you wait until you know for sure that you won't have any more issues :hugs:

I'd wait hun. I'd feel so much better being pregnant if I knew I'd got the all clear!!!x

Thats what i thought, just wanted to hear it from someone else. Thanks a lot ladies :) x
