the earlier your baby goes bed the better they sleep. josh use to go bed between 7.45 and 8pm and was wakin up quite a bit in the night. now we put him in bed at 7pm n he sleeps until around 7ish but this morn he didn't wake up til 8.10am. :happydance::happydance::happydance:

YES !!!! IF dec goes to bed at 7.30 he will sleep to 7.30am but if he stays up till 8 he will be up at 6.30/7am. WHY ??? Lol

yes! if maddi goes to bed at 8, as per normal, she's up at 8am! if she goes to bed any time closer to 7, she sleeps till 9-9:30 sometimes! really odd! x

I found this out last night too! Erin usually goes to bed at 7.30 but wakes around 1am and maybe then again at 4am-ish. But last night I put her to bed at 6.30 cos she was exhausted and she slept solidly until 4am!!!! I couldn't believe it!

YES!!

Couldn't believe it!! She'd be awake til stupid times like midnight and would nap 2-3 times in day! We then worked out we were probably putting her down for naps too much and now she has 1 nap in day and goes to bed around 9 after some weetabix and can sleep anywhere up til 11am next morning

Don't know about sleeping better BUT Hannah does sleep until the same time every morning regardless of when we put her down

Yes, Jasmine is sleeping better now that her bedtime is moved up to 7pm

Oh I wish! If he goes to bed too early, he wakes up really early :dohh:

Grace used to go to bed around 10ish and would be up all night and awake at about 6. For the last 3.5 months she has been going to bed between 7-7.30pm and doesn't wake until 7.30-8am :)

Same for Colton.. he normally goes to bed between 8:30-9.30pm and wakes at 7:30am.
However, if he goes down at like 7-7:30 he will wake up at 5-5:30 (and this has happened twice!)
:(

seems the trend is yes then - anybody have any idea why?
