antiphospholipid syndrome ( hughes syndrome) i found out in my recurrent mc tests back in may and they said once pregnant again they will put me on asprin progesterone and i will have to start injecting myself with blood thinners i just wondered if their is anyone else out their , im feeling anxious worried about every niggle etc this will be my 5th pregnancy with only one surviving child xx

Hey hun i have APS but with the Lupus anticoagulant version.

Im on clexane 40ml daily and its working for me im now nearly 18 weeks after 5 losses and ectopic. I was on progesterone but stopped at 12 weeks but I also take a 75mg aspirin daily xx

yeah thats what i got hun i start injecting blood thinners after my first scan to make sure their is a viable pregnancy , im also on asprin daily and 400mg progesterone pessaries too xx

I stopped the progesterone at the end of the 12th week - some people stop the clexane I believe at 16 weeks but they want me to continue taking it which im not complaining about as I think its got me where I am now

yeah they want me too keep taking the injections till im 37 weeks cause i had problems with blood clots in the placenta x
