Does anyone know if yoga helps with vertigo?

just started going and i dont want to do more damage than good as ive got vertigo.
Does anyone know??

Sorry, I have absolutely no idea. I know that positions where my head is near the floor for a long time, always gives a sinus headache, and as my sinus problems are connected to the few vertigo attacks I had, I suppose I would be careful with that one. Have you googled it? Did anyone tell you it was good?
