Does anyone know of any other treatment other than Clomid?

Ladies, I have been using Clomid for the last 4 months at 150mg, however I have not ovulated at all, does anyone know of anything else I can use or any other treatment I can get?? Also would anyone know if there is a proceedure to find out if you are still producing eggs, Im 42 and thought maybe they are running out!!
