Does anyone know the answer to this??? amh levels

hi girls. i was told that my amh levels are very low for my age. Does anyone know does this mean that my eggs will run out early??? I'm 30. I was told about my amh levels back in november but now after having my mmc i am worried that time is not on my side!!

I'm not sure of the answer - could you go back to your fs and ask this question? I would think that you are only 30, so even if the levels are low for your age you still have age on your side.

hi silarose. Yes i suppose the best idea would be to ring my clinic and ask them. U know how questions start niggling at you and it being saturday yesterday my clinic was closed. I will ring them tomorrow. Hope u are keeping well xxx

Hi Wishful....I was told the same thing my AMH is extremely low for my age. I am only 28. They did a FRAGILE X test which is a genetic test and saw that I am in the gray zone of mutation which is why I have the pre ovarian failure and low reserve. I called my RE and he explained the AMH and Fragile X means that I am going to go through menopause extremely early more like in my mid 30s. It's all so stressful! I hope this helps a little and Babydust!!!

thanks gingerbaby. i have never heard of fragile x test before. feeling more anxious now. i will have to ask about it.
