of any nice places to visit for a weekend at Christmas time? maybe somewhere with a big xmas market and something the kids will enjoy?

I really want to make the most of christmas this year and while OH gets 2 weeks off work

any ideas?

Birmingham has a German Market starting mid November - we visit every year, but it is on our doorstep!!

milton keynes have one at the city MK

and the lincoln one is fab people come from all over the world for that one !!

Manchester is lovely, their xmas market is gorgeous tho a little cramped with pram in tow but managable.

Lincoln xmas market is awesome! there are funfair rides, lots of lovely and unique stalls, lots of crafts and like it has already been noted people come from all over to go to it. x
