Does Being Sick Affect Baby?

..Im 16 weeks & took a bad cold on thurs night! But it was gone by fri evening.. Does being sick affect th baby or should everything be ok? I just get so worried about th slightest thing lol

Baby will be fine I'm sure They're really well protected in there and our bodies make sure baby gets all they need before we do. xx
