Hi ladies,

So this morning I woke up having kicked the duvet off to about half way down my stomach and it was really cold. I pulled the duvet back on then took my temperature and it had plummeted. My skin on my chest and stomach was still really warm (not surpising, this time of the month I always feel like I'm on fire if you touch the skin on my front), but my arms and back were cold to the touch. I'm 9dpo and hoping it will go back up tomorrow. AF isn't due for another 5/6 days or so. So my question - can being physically cold lower your BBT? I know it may also be a normal mid-luteal phase dip or an implantation dip, but I've never had a dip in the luteal phase before, so I wondered if being cold had caused it instead.

Thanks for the avice.
