I've noticed that if I lean forward while sitting with my leg in front of me, my belly feels a bit squished. Anyone else have this too?

If it hurts or is uncomfortable try squatting or have your legs hip width apart or a little more wider and use one hand on thigh to give you balance and support and leverage to get you up again.... I get a bit of pain in the tummy cause my job requires me to bend over....( lol okay that didn't come out right) :haha: I work retail

Lol I was just thinking about this when my belly looked all squished when I was sitting on the couch

I always worried about this when pregnant with dd, every time I'd bend over or lean forward she's start squirming around like I was squishing her... always worried me lol, but they are so well protected it couldn't really hurt them maybe just squish their area a bit!

I've wondered this as well and I feel like I am squishing her everytime I do move, so I am always making myself uncomfortable to make sure I don't :haha:

It DOES feel uncomfortable, and I'm only 16 weeks, lordy I won't be picking anything up off the floor past 25 weeks if it continues like this :haha:

I doubt it! Baby is so protected in there that it's really hard to hurt them. :) Also, at some point you wont be able to compress that area anyway :p I am almost 26w and my belly wont bend in the middle anymore. It only bends in the area right under my boobs :p
